Our Client is an AI-native insurance intelligence platform backed by Goldman Sachs and over $100M in funding. Their technology powers underwriting automation and AI-driven risk prioritization systems for insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy ML + LLM systems into live underwriting workflows
- Own ML systems from deployment through monitoring and optimization
- Design evaluation and monitoring frameworks
- Improve production reliability and model accuracy
- Work closely with data science, engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Build agentic AI systems used in real financial decisioning
Required Qualifications:
- 2–6 years ML engineering experience
- Production ML deployment experience
- Strong Python skills
- Cloud-based ML infrastructure experience
- Experience debugging and monitoring ML systems
- Strong product ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- LLMs and prompt engineering
- Agentic workflows
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Customer-facing engineering exposure
- Fintech, insurance, or SaaS experience
